We prefer a text messaging or do it yourself booking.

You might notice we may not answer phone calls during the day... and that’s intentional.
With no receptionist, we choose to stay fully present with the clients in our chairs, not half-way through colouring and a ringing phone.
Texting means:
* We can reply whenever we have a chance
* We prefer text because everything is in writing (times, quotes, availability, details and you can send inspo pictures or your current hair )
* Virtual consultation can be done by text- we can’t visualize your hair with a phone call

Online booking means:
* You can book your appointment online at midnight if thats when you get the chance
* You can chose any date and time that fits your schedule best
* You can put yourself on waitlist and we will reach out to you

Best of all, with either options your appointment time stays uninterrupted
