Hello, September!!

A new season is beginning to gently knock on our doors. The days are getting a little cooler, the evenings a little shorter, and the familiar rhythm of school, activities, and busy schedules is really settling back in.

As life picks up its pace, remember to leave a little room for you, too. I have just a few appointments available this month for customized therapeutic massage, or you can sink a little deeper with the Rooted & Rising Ritual: a grounding combination of therapeutic massage and Reiki designed to nurture both body and energy.

The last Saturday in August is Play Music on the Porch Day, and here in town, we really know how to celebrate! Porchfest is an all-day celebration of music and community in our beautiful historic downtown, with musicians filling the streets and local businesses with song.

And what better way to begin the day than with hundreds of people gathering along Main Street for morning yoga, accompanied by live music? My cup of tea (or coffee)! There was something pretty magical about grounding together as a community while the music carried through the morning air.

This was my first year being able to experience Porchfest, and it was truly special. One of those days that reminds you just how beautiful it is to be part of a community that comes together to create something joyful. I didnt take any other photos because i was truly in the moment, connecting with family and friends, and enjoying just being in comminuty.

A huge thank you to Soulshine Yoga for such an incredible start to the day. Another huge thank you to the Old Wethersfield Shopkeepers for putting together such wonderful celebrations of our town, local businesses, and all the people who make this place feel like home. Here’s to hoping the stars align again for this awesome day! 🎼🎶💚🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️🎵

Welcome to August! As the eight month of the year it is the season of abundance, manifestation, and transitions! I can’t believe we are already here because I feel like summer just began. Anyone else feel that way?

At this time, I’m currently booking all of my monthly regulars for the months of September and October during their August appointments to ensure they have priority.
