Snip Happens

From warm and grown out to a fun magenta. Refreshed her highlights, cut about 5 inches and added a fun pop of color just in time for school pictures.

Took off 7 inches of length and added lots of soft, bouncy layers to remove some of the weight and hopefully bring her natural curl pattern back to life! Sometimes a good haircut is all those curls need to start showing up again.

Fresh cut, fresh shape! Took off the length, cleaned up the ends, and added some texturizing for more movement and bounce. A little shape can make such a big difference!

We’re starting the journey toward a softer, brighter, more blended grey! 🤍 We’re loving the results from this first session, and we’ll continue gradually lightening her up to create an even brighter, more seamless blend while keeping her hair healthy.

This transformation definitely had its challenges! She came in with old color in some spots of her hair and an uneven previous bleach, which meant the pink processed differently in different areas, giving us multiple shades throughout the finished color.

We worked with what we had to create this vibrant, dimensional hot pink while embracing the variation and making it look intentional!

A little pop of red makes all the difference! Added a bold red peekaboo underneath for a fun, vibrant surprise that shines through.

Cleaned up & refreshed! Took off the bulk, shaped everything up, and gave this cut a clean, polished finish.

Going back to her natural 🤎 Today we used a glaze to tone down and blend her existing color, getting her one step closer to her natural shade. We’ll continue the process with another glaze at her next appointment!
