Our skin is our largest organ. Taking care of ourselves, on all levels- mind, body & soul, takes time, effort and commitment. Just as nothing in nature blooms overnight, we cannot expect results and changes in our skin, body, emotional state or mental state overnight either. Small, consistent habits and rituals on a regular day to day basis will allow us to achieve results- and make a lasting impact in all areas of our life. You are worth the effort and time to feel your best.

This full body skin care ritual has been saving my winter skin and making me feel amazing inside and out.
🪶 Dry brushing to stimulate lymphatic system; naturally detoxify and gently exfoliating (best done before the shower)

🐚 Homemade salt scrub to remineralize, smooth, nourish and exfoliate deeper (1-2x a week, best used on dry skin, adding water as needed- rinsing thoroughly) I do this step on days I don’t wash my hair. These scrubs can soon be purchased for your home care! 🙌🏽

🌿 Lavender + Eucalyptus Body Butter (apply immediately after shower on damp to wet skin for it to be most effective at moisturizing) it’s rich + buttery smooth and pe*****tes quickly!

🌼 Everything Balm- apply anywhere, anytime. This little baby has been saving my skin from my hands + cuticles, face, elbows & toes. I love to apply it as a very final step in my skin care regimen at night as a deep, nourishing overnight mask. It’s a silky balm that treating literally, everything.

Reflecting on this past year the last few days has been a vast view. I have too much to even say and feel to put into words for a post; but what I can say is I am so grateful, blessed, humbled and fortunate for it all- The highs, the lows, the depth, the clarity, the back tracks, the connections, the love, the fear, the hope, the loss, the trust, the sadness, the triumph…the whole experience.
