First meal feels amazing! Sipping on bone broth like our ancient ancestors!
Being careful to not have a heavy meal is healthy way to ease out of a long fast.
Plus the colors are beautiful to share!
Thank you to my lovely wife who let this broth cook for 18 hrs! It’s delicious beyond words. Just imagine how you could feel to appreciate every bit of food you’re eating?
