He earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Project Management from DeVry University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurial Business and Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.

Professionally, Brother Jones is a Senior Technology Program Manager and Risk Management Professional, bringing strategic leadership and innovation to every endeavor.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brother Jones serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Indian Prairie Educational Foundation and as the National Pan-Hellenic Council – Central Suburban Chicago Council Delegate.

Within the chapter, Brother Jones serves on the Brand Management & Communications Team, where his creativity and commitment continue to strengthen our chapter’s image and outreach.

Professionally, brother Malcolm, has been in healthcare field for over two decades and in the mental health arena for over 15 years. He’s worked in a multitude of capacities from direct nursing care, administration, the correctional system, and as a health care provider serving our nation's heroes.

As a 25-year military veteran who has helped thousands of soldiers return home from deployment, brother Malcolm understands the unique challenges faced by our heroes trying to get re-acclimated to their families and the community at large.

Brother Malcolm has served as the Chapter’s Military Affairs Chairman and as a member of the Health Kappa Committee. He currently serves as the Assistant Keeper of Records and the Editor of The Kappa Kapsule, the Chapter’s monthly newsletter.
