How blessed am I that things didn’t work out?

Because comfort was never going to grow me.

Not the job I thought I’d stay at forever.
Not the version of me that stayed quiet.
Not the spaces where I was made to feel small.

I needed the shake-up.
The doubt.
The “you sure you can do that?”

Yeah… I’m sure now.

I had the opportunity to train at one of the AMI training centers this past week. I attended the cadaver anatomy course in Orange County and it was a powerful reminder of why anatomy matters so much in what we do. No matter how many cadaver courses I take I am always learning something new.

Understanding facial structure and anatomy on this level allows for safer treatments, better outcomes, and truly natural results.

Grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and even more excited to see Allergan raising the standard with consistent, high-level training across their new centers. ✨

This is just an example of how I would use the two together. Every individual is unique. I’m not always using Sculptra. Sometimes I’m using Hyperdilute Radiesse . Sometimes I’m using PRF. Sometimes I’m using all of them! This is why consults and long-term treatment plans are important.

Brow lift works so well on me because of the way my muscle contracts, here’s why…

If you animate and contract and notice a strong pull down or depression of that tail of your brow when you relax it with a neuromodulator like Botox, it will lift up. If you are somebody who does not have any change of that brow position with smiling or animating, then you’re not going to get a change from relaxing it because there’s nothing to relax. 🤷🏼‍♀️
