Happy Friday everyone! Join me this Sunday morning for a relaxing sound meditation in nature. It’s in the north picnic area where you are surrounded by beautiful trees and have a nice view of the lake. This is free to the community! Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow, chair, whatever you will be comfortable on! I have tarps for the ground if it’s really wet. Hope to see you there!! 😃 ☮️

I was happy to be back at Herrick Lake for Sound for Peace! It was a beautiful morning and I had a couple of cute guests there! Buddy and Louie!! Please join me next Sunday!

Due to increase in poor air quality this morning I am going to cancel Sound for Peace. I want to be safe and do what’s best for everyone. Hopefully air quality improves and Sound for Peace can resume next Sunday! Stay safe everyone! ❤️

Sound Saturday was a success!! The weather was beautiful, mosquitoes mostly stayed away, and the sun was shining! I’m so grateful for this opportunity!! 🧘‍♀️ ☮️ ☀️
