During winter, the air is typically drier both outside and inside our homes. Using a humidifier is an inexpensive and effective way to add moisture to the air, keeping your skin hydrated and youthful. Proper hydration supports the skin's elasticity, making it look plump and supple. Additionally, placing a humidifier in your sleeping area will improve your sleep quality and can alleviate dryness in your sinuses, nose, and throat, thereby reducing the risk of infections. Aim for a humidity level between 40-60% for optimal skin hydration and respiratory health.
