That girl with ADHD

Hi,

I’m so excited to get my that girl with ADHD page off the ground. Since my bio only lets me put in so much information, I figured I’d make my very first post explaining why I’m here:

Seven years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD combined type, and complex PTSD. Seven years ago is when I decided to treat my ADHD, with a little orange pill, called Adderall. Now, I’m not going to bash it and say it never helped, but over the years, all of the side effects have became too much for not only me but previous and current partner. Two weeks ago, I took myself off of Adderall, and began the approach of holistic medicine, diet, and a good exercise routine. My page is going to be dedicated to showing anyone with ADHD and is tired of all the negative side effects of stimulant medication, that ADHD can be harnessed in the power of your true potential can come out without the use of stimulant medication. Please, anyone who has a friend share this page, so I can begin my journey of helping other people with ADHD, who do not want to just live but thrive.
