Letting go of a dream is never easy, but sometimes it’s necessary. We’ve decided to close our storefront salon, but Meraki, A Hair Salon will always be a part of me. I will continue to pour my heart into my work and my clients.

I chose the name Meraki, A Hair Salon because it means “doing something with soul, creativity, or love—when you put ‘something of yourself’ into whatever you may be doing.” This embodies the essence of my life. I love my job, my husband, my kids, and my family, and I will be able to pour more of myself into them. My greatest aspiration in life is to be an exceptional wife and mother.

Though the address is changing, you’ll still see the familiar name on your reminder texts and receipts. Starting NOVEMBER 1, 2024, I’ll be continuing my work at Studio 27, located at 41 15th St, alongside two of my closest friends. I am so excited to share this new journey with you!

THE STREETSCAPE HAS ARRIVED! PLEASE READ!

We received word that Market Street one block south will be closed starting TOMORROW. From what we were told, you will be allowed to drive down the alley one block north, say hello to a flagger, proceed SOUTH down Market Street, turn around and park as normal.

Parking is still allowed on Market Street in front of the salon and in the parking lot ONE BLOCK NORTH. Please pay the meter or use the PARK MOBILE app to park in the parking lot. The 10th Street PARKING GARAGE is also very easy to park and pay. Parking is also available on Chapline Street and Main Street.

THIS IS TEMPORARY. Please bare with us and please understand it is not your stylists fault. The city will be beautiful and all of this will be worth it in the end.
