Embracing my Hmong culture today with my boys by getting dressed and enjoying our Hmong New Year. As a kid I hated all the tight layers, clothing and coins. Now as an adult, I appreciate it so much. It’s so incredibly beautiful.

Makeup for my bestie for her Pink Sisters photoshoot! Cancer does all sorts of things to your body, your skin and your hair. This cancer survivor is one of the STRONGEST people I know and has had a smile through it all. Love you so much! Can’t wait to see your whole look .of3!

I’m usually behind the scenes on shoots like this so it was fun to get to feel like a model for once. 😂 I put a red dress inspired shoot on my bucket list many years ago and I’m so glad I did it to celebrate my 40th. I’ve never been one to be “scared” to age. I’m looking forward to what my 40s bring.

I went into this line of work sort of by default. I had been going to school for music and didn’t know what I wanted to do with it. I had lost my love for it. I decided to take a break and went a total different direction. I went into skincare because for much of my life I saw how women, women like my mom struggled with their confidence because of their skin… I love making women feel beautiful.

I love everything about skincare and the beauty industry. After I earned my esthetic license, I did every training I could find on skin and eventually found my passion in makeup…. I love seeing my client’s reactions. Especially my mature clients who say, “I don’t know what you can do for me.”

My style has always been natural glam. You are already beautiful, I’m just helping to enhance your features. A little extra confidence, a little bigger smile, a little more pep in your step is what I shoot for. I’m here for your big events, your little events, your photoshoots, and everything in between. Prom makeup over the weekend. I wish I would have caught her look when she saw her makeup. It’s part of the reason why I love my job. She was in awe and it was exactly what she asked for. ❤️
