We provide bodywork, including Swedish, deep tissue, Neuromuscular Trigger Point therapy, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone massage, chiar massage, Prenatal massage, Acupressure, and many other Integrative modalities. We also offer Couples massages.

Hello! My name is Caeleigh McGinty and I’ve been practicing massage therapy since August of 2019 when I found my home at Serenity Massage and Wellness! I was born and raised in Nashville and have loved getting to work with folks on all walks of life, joining them on their journey of self care. I offer an integrated Swedish massage for when you just need to relax, and I specialize in myofascial release, trigger point work, and deep tissue massage to target those problem areas. It’s my hope and joy to be able to offer a safe space and kind touch to those in need!
