✨ IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE ✨

For the past two years, I’ve avoided enforcing a strict cancellation policy because I truly understand that life happens. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations & no-shows have become too frequent, & as a small business owner, I can no longer absorb the loss of appointments that cannot be filled.

🚨 Effective immediately:

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

• A valid card must be kept on file when booking.

• Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid BEFORE another appointment can be scheduled.

If I allow you to move your appointment as a courtesy, the cancellation fee will be waived. However, if you do not attend the rescheduled appointment, you will be marked as a no-show & charged the full service price.

I’ve waited two years to enforce this policy, but it is now necessary to protect my time, income & business—especially as we enter the slower season.

I am also a mother of two, & I bring my baby to work with me after traveling approximately 40 minutes from home. It is unfair to prepare for work, make that drive & bring my daughter with me, only for a client not to show up. Every appointment matters to my family & my small business.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, & those circumstances will always be considered individually.
