Today’s Eve Milan New York Walking Club was a major success. We walked three miles, enjoyed the beautiful scenery and helped one another reach 10,000 steps for the day!
For one of our walkers, this was the most she had walked all year—and that made today about so much more than exercise. It was about encouragement, accountability, community and realizing what we can accomplish together.
Three miles down, healthy habits in motion and plenty of smiles along the way! We’re Walking Our Way to Wellness, one Sunday at a time.
