Nine years ago, I became a New York Board Certified Esthetician and began a journey that started in my mother’s living room.

Today, So Jazzed has grown into so much more than I could have imagined: products, continued education, workshops, contracts, a brick-and-mortar space and a community that has supported me every step of the way.

And when I look at how far I’ve come, I can’t help but think…

From becoming a NY Board Certified Esthetician 9 years ago this month, to formulating plant-based skincare, educating clients, becoming an author, stepping into speaking, further expanding my community work and now building toward the next generation of beauty professionals through education, I’m grateful for every chapter that brought me here.

This member spotlight is a beautiful reminder that what you’re building today can become bigger than you ever imagined.

Thank you to the BOW Institute and The BOW Collective for shining a light on my journey and the work I’m continuing to do. This spotlight came at the right time. I needed the reminder that I’ve come farther than I sometimes give myself credit for.💚

As a Licensed Esthetician, a huge part of what I promote is exercising consistent techniques and routines for selfcare and holistic wellness. In caring for others, we can’t forget to care for ourselves too! What makes this event more special is that this topic covering awareness of Alzheimer’s and Dementia hits close to home for my family. So Jazzed Esthetics Brings “The Power of Touch” to Hamilton Grange Older Adult Senior Citizen Center

On August 25, So Jazzed Esthetics Founder and Licensed Esthetician Jasmine Clarke hosted “The Power of Touch” at Hamilton Grange Older Adult Senior Citizen Center in Harlem, NY.

The interactive wellness experience explored the connection between touch, relaxation, skincare and self-care, giving older adults an opportunity to learn simple facial and hand massage techniques designed to help release tension and create moments of relaxation.

Participants were engaged throughout the experience, learning practical ways to incorporate intentional touch and skincare into their everyday self-care routines. Guests also received samples of So Jazzed Esthetics’ best-selling serum (So Firm Vitamin C Serum) and learned how to properly incorporate it into their skincare routine.
