What does grounding look like for you? This can look very different for me on a daily basis. It depends on my needs and intention behind grounding. This morning it was centered around a nagging thought pattern that I struggle to let pass. Sure, I sat with my breath but I didn’t avoid the negative thought. I welcomed it and asked it what it needed. This is a reminder for me and to all if you need it, be gentle with yourself.
