Here’s your little pre tan checklist:
• 24–48 hours before: Exfoliate!! (And no just a loofah doesn’t count… sorry.)
→ Grab an exfoliating mitt + oil free scrub
• Shaving? Use a fresh razor without a lotion strip + a tan safe body wash
• In the shower: Use your tan safe body wash so there’s no leftover product or residue hanging around on your skin.
• Appointment day: Come clean + completely product free:
→ No lotion
→ No oils
→ No deodorant
• Dress for the occasion: think Adam Sandler vibes. Ideally a thin loose long sleeve and loose pj pants with flip flops or sandals.
If you don’t know if your products at home are safe reach out! There’s also tan safe products here at the studio you can pick up before your next tan! 🫶
Just in my feels today thinking about how much the studio has grown since I first moved in!
This studio has seen thousands of smiles, shared in hundreds of laughs, held space for lots of tears, heard stories of new jobs and job losses, it’s learned the news of a baby long before they can tell anyone else, it’s heard about engagements and loved ones passing. It’s been a safe space for so many, but also a safe space for me.
I’m so thankful to each person who walks in the front door of this special little place. ❤️

It’s wedding week for this amazing couple!!
TRIAL TANS: If a bride is local I HIGHLY encourage doing a trial tan before your wedding day. This allows us to make sure you like how the tan looks before your wedding day, and allows for adjustments as needed.
Pro tip: get a 3 pack (to save a little $$) and have a tan for your engagement photos, bachelorette, and wedding day!

BRIDAL TANS 👰♀️
Not every tan needs to be super dark, sometimes you just wants a little boost of color. I HIGHLY recommend bridal trials for this reason. We can have our consult at your first appointment, do your tan (love having you guys do this for a Bach trip!), and then make any adjustments or keep it all the same for your wedding! This ensures you get your tan exactly the way you like it for your wedding day!
3 packs are the best way to go (if you ask me 🤩) if you want to do a trial, bachelorette trip tan, and your wedding tan!

Played my first 18 hole today! It was HOT, I had some swings that were horrible, I scored a 128 (which I think isn’t terrible for a newbie), but my LAST shot of the day was the most perfect shot and landed right in the hole making the whole day worth it. I actually was crying. Golf is hard but in that moment I was just so dang proud of myself for how much I’ve improved! 🏌️♀️⛳️
