✨What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy healing practice that’s been used for centuries to ease stress and support relaxation.

✨How It Works:
Reiki is rooted in the idea that we all carry a life force energy, and when that energy gets blocked or out of balance, we can start to feel it: physically, mentally, emotionally. A trained Reiki practitioner works to help clear those blocks and restore natural flow, supporting your body’s own path back to balance.

Here’s the important part: Reiki doesn’t use the practitioner’s energy - it works with yours. Your practitioner isn’t “doing” the healing for you. They’re simply helping guide you back into alignment.

✨Who It’s For:
Honestly? Almost anyone. But Reiki is especially wonderful if you’re someone who feels a little uncertain about massage or hands-on touch as Reiki can be done with minimal or no physical contact, and you can stay fully clothed the entire session.
