Life gets busy. Budgets shift. Somehow it’s Friday again and the thing you meant to schedule is still unscheduled.
When you’re ready to come back, we’ll catch up on what’s changed and what you need now.
No guilt. No lecture about how long it’s been. Just a welcome back.

If you’re holding your breath, bracing against the pressure, or silently counting the minutes until I move on—tell me. We can adjust.

All useful feedback. None of it hurts my feelings.
Your preferences can also change from one appointment to the next. You don’t have to request the same pressure just because that’s what you liked last time.
At Body Symmetry, your session is a conversation—even if your only contribution is “a little less, please,” followed by a nap.
