L.A. did not disappoint. It was short and sweet but well worth it. I spent the majority of it leveling up my skills at concussion class, which was incredible! I can’t wait to treat you guys! I was able to check out the Griffith Observatory, that view 👌🏻

These texts make my day. This client came in with bad hip and groin pain that has bothered him for weeks. He was cleared by a doctor yesterday for any issues that would require surgery. Using NKT level 3 protocol I was able to identify his right inguinal ligament was overworking for his left Inguinal ligament and two of his adductor muscles were caught in the cross fire. They were super tight and painful. The correction involved releasing the overworking ligament and activating the underworking muscles. He had a a couple of other patterns we had to address and when we were finished he walked out pain free.

Not every “tight” muscle needs to be released. That’s why in NKT we test, not guess. 😎
