Dear Clients/Friends,
Many of you know I started going back to school a few years ago to pursue a nursing degree. I had lots of late nights studying while nursing a baby, zoom classes (thanks covid) with children running around in the back and all the obstacles of being a mom/student… but I pushed through! Well covid happened and a third baby happened, and things got put on hold. This past summer I took a risk and applied to a program that’s pretty difficult to get into and I got ACCEPTED. I’m thrilled, scared, anxious, and so many other emotions that I’m still processing (I just found out Monday).
I start in January and will no longer be taking hair clients in 2023. I will be handing my clients to a stylist I trust. This is NOT easy, as I love my career as a stylist and love each of you. Nursing is something I’ve been passionate about for many years and I’ve finally decided to take a leap of faith for myself and my family. When I became a mom, you all showered me with grace. You have been with me through 3 births, shown me kindness with sick kids, traveled to all my new locations, prayed with me, prayed over me, and SO much more. As a stay at home mom, you all were the only adult interaction I had some weeks and you have no idea the amount of joy you have brought me. I can never thank you all enough for everything over the years. Your standing appointments are all still fine and I will set you all up for success with a new stylist If you are in need. Continued prayers would be appreciated as I navigate through mom guilt as this is huge transition for me and my sweet babies. 🤍
