2022 was a tough year for me, Mom got a stroke and now bedridden and my little furry baby got sudden kidney failure and passed away. While I was taking care of my Mom I started to get severe back pain. Update: please watch the video carefully, it will take time to heal. I didn’t have the right posture and exercise, so my back pain came back. I went back to review the videos carefully, and have better understanding. I now try to avoid activities that could make it worse while my body is healing. ❤️🙏
