Salon Manager

We are looking for highly skilled, highly motivated and energetic Salon Manager with proven ability to drive service and retail sales through a defined strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Salon Managers provide a full range of hair care services offered by their salon.
Our Salon Managers build clientele quickly and create salon guests for life by portraying a professional image and providing exceptional services.
Salon Managers are responsible for recruiting and fully staffing their salons.

Seeking a qualified candidate who:
-Perform all professional hair care services such as cut, perm and color
-Educate clients on hair care, extra services and products
-Perform other tasks assigned by the manager normally connected with efficient salon operation
-Report to work according to the schedule set by the manager
-Abide by state laws, salon rules, regulations and policies regarding salon sanitation and salon cleanliness
-Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the professionalism of the salon
-Meet or exceed product sale standards
-Properly handle the exchange of money between customer and salon
-Abide by company policy
