For those who may be new here, I’m Ann, the owner of Sacred Space. I don’t take my work lightly.🙏🏼

Every client that walks into my studio is carrying something. Sometimes it’s physical pain, sometimes it’s stress, sometimes it’s exhaustion that has been building for far too long.🫶🏼

I know most of the women I work with are doing everything for everyone else. They’re holding families together, showing up for work, running businesses, caring for others, and somewhere in all of that… they forget themselves.
That part always stays with me.✨

Because this work runs deep for me. It’s never just been about massage. It’s about creating a space where someone can finally exhale. A place where they feel safe enough to soften, to rest, and to be taken care of for once.

I want to be the person that helps bring wellness back into their lives. The reminder that their body matters too. That rest is necessary. That they deserve care without guilt. That’s the heart behind Sacred Space.❤️

This is one of the most common questions I get, and the honest answer is… it depends on how much your body is holding.⁠🙏🏼

If you’re dealing with high stress, chronic tension, or you feel like your body is always “on,” coming in every 2–4 weeks can make a real difference. If you’re in a more maintenance phase, once a month helps keep your system supported and prevents things from building up.⁠✨
