We are happy to announce we are moving closer to the re-opening of Ultra Hair Studio! Date to be announced

During our closure, we have been meticulously planning how to adjust our operations to ensure a SAFE experience that does not compromise the quality of service you've come to experience from Ultra Hair Studio. We have adopted many changes in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC and California Department of Public Health. Some of the changes you will notice at your next visit will be:

• Temperature and questionnaire screenings of clients AND employees prior to entry into the salon.

• Arrive to your appointment on time or 5 min before. Upon arrival please text your stylist that you have arrived and your stylist will then advise you when she is ready for you to enter the salon.

• Come to your appointment on time and alone. We will only allow the client getting hair service in the salon. Please do not bring additional guests with you, as they will not be allowed in for the safety of yourself, other clients, and our employees. This will help us maintain physical distancing

• All clients and employees will be required to wear face masks at all times within the salon.

• All employees will wear gloves during client interactions.

• Strictly enforced disinfection protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon.

• Equipment will be disinfected between each and every Client. Styling chair, station, and shampoo bowls will be wiped down after every client. You will receive a clean and disinfected gown, combs & hair clips

• Expanded salon hours to reduce the number of clients inside the salon at one time. Maximum of 3 stylists and 3 clients inside the salon at any given time.

We look forward to the day we can operate as we did in the past, but for now, we understand the safety and protection of our clients and their loved ones is a top priority. Therefore we value your cooperation with these guidelines and will continue to listen to the direction of CDC and the California Department of Public Health. Please understand that given the nature of this situation, things are constantly changing daily, and we need to be flexible to adjust our guidelines if need be.
