February is the month of love and we’re showing it to your hair. 💕
Our product of the month is the LOVE Smoothing set by Davines featuring the shampoo, conditioner, and LOVE Smoothing Cream.

Our Salon one on ones have been eye opening.
I’ve spent a lot of time creating game plans, mapping goals, offering direction and still feeling the disconnect between intention and action. Instead of staying frustrated, I looked within.
I realized that if I want to build a culture that prioritizes growth, I need to model it first. Growth isn’t always about better plans or more structure. Sometimes it’s deeper than that. Emotional. Subconscious. Psychological.
So this time, we shifted.

One goal. One question.
What are you willing to do to hold yourself accountable and what action will that take?

What surprised me most was the answer that landed the hardest. It’s not what I’m going to do. It’s what I’m going to remove to get there.

I’ve been decluttering my life this month without realizing I hadn’t applied the same awareness to my goals. Not everything needs to be added. Some things need to be released.

Leadership has taught me that clarity creates movement. Courage grows when people feel seen.
And sustainable growth starts at the root. 🌱
