A little Tuesday reminder from your friends at Mode 🤍
Your hair appointment doesn’t always have to be for a big transformation. Sometimes you just need a little refresh, a good shampoo, and an hour to yourself.
Consider this your sign to take a little time for you this week 🤭
We all have our go-to hairstyles, but wearing your hair in a tight ponytail every day can create constant tension on the hair and contribute to breakage, especially around the hairline.
If you love wearing your hair up, try switching it up throughout the day or choosing gentler options like:
• A soft scrunchie instead of a tight elastic
• A claw clip for a looser style
• A loose braid
• A low, relaxed ponytail
• Spiral or coil hair ties that don’t pull as tightly
The goal isn’t to never wear your hair up, it’s to avoid constant tension in the same areas and give your hair a break when you can.
