My favorite way to exfoliate without drying out my skin:

Mix a quarter-size amount of exfoliating powder with cleanser, 2 drops of nourishing oil, and a few drops of water to create a gentle scrub. Adding the nourishing oil to the scrub leaves my skin hydrated but without feeling greasy.

I’m loving the new targeted boosters from Mary Kay’s Clinical Solutions line! Morning and night I wash my face and use toner, then wait 10 minutes to apply the line reducer followed by the hydrator. I use 6-7 drops of the line reducer and only 2-3 drops of the hydrator for my entire face and neck. Then I follow with serum, moisturizer, and eye cream. My skin feels amazing and pampered afterwards!

Pampering myself this morning with some of my faves: a sheet mask, Satin Hands, and Satin Lips (they make great gifts, too!).

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is giving. I’m so glad I’m able to donate some skin care and makeup samples that would otherwise go unused and expire to Cricket Alley Ministries.

I like seeing different skin care routines, and, inspired by one, I decided to try the Mary Kay Naturally Nourishing Oil at night after my serum and before my night time moisturizer. I thought an oil would make my skin…oily, so I had never thought to try it before. But my skin is actually clearer and feels hydrated without being oily at all! A little goes a long way, so 1-2 drops is all I need. I’m really looking forward to using this in the winter!
