I’m back—and walking! 🎉
I still have some strength to rebuild, and I’ve accepted that this part just takes time. I started 2026 feeling stronger, so I’m calling that a win already.

I’ve adjusted my service times, and all services are now available to book online.

For now, evening and Saturday appointments are reserved for current and previous evening/Saturday clients only.

I also won’t be accepting new clients at this time. This allows existing clients time to get back on the schedule and helps me better assess my availability.

Hello everyone!!

I saw my doctor yesterday and everything is healing well so far! 🙌 I still need to remain non-weight bearing and am dealing with some swelling, so for now, I’m continuing to listen to my body and focus on recovery.

Once the swelling goes down and I can comfortably keep my foot down, I’ll begin scheduling clients back in. Thank you all so much for your patience, love, and continued support during this time. It truly means the world! 💛

✨ Post-Surgery Update ✨

Hey everyone! I’m officially 10 days post-surgery and continuing to rest and recover. Thank you all so much for the love, patience, and support—it truly means the world to me. 💛

I have my follow-up appointment with the doctor on July 22nd, and I’ll have more information then about when I’ll be able to safely return to work and start rescheduling appointments.

I miss seeing you all and can’t wait to get back to doing what I love. I’ll keep you posted as I know more!

Surgery is scheduled for this Thursday morning.

Because of this, I will be canceling ALL upcoming appointments, and at this time, I do not have a reschedule date. Once I receive more information from my doctor post-surgery, I’ll share an update with everyone.

Please know this decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s necessary for my healing.

🚨🚨 Important Update🚨🚨

Today, I unfortunately broke my fibula and may have also torn some ligaments. I’m currently in a boot, unable to bear weight, and unable to drive. Because of this, I’ll be reaching out to clients scheduled this week to cancel appointments, with reschedule dates still to be determined.

I’m incredibly grateful for Advanced Orthopedic Associates and their weekend immediate care services. I’ll be seeing an orthopedic trauma specialist this week, and we’re hoping to schedule a CT scan as soon as possible to better understand the extent of the injury.

If you know me, you know this is a tough one for me. Please keep me in your thoughts, prayers, and send all the good vibes my way — they’re very much appreciated right now.

Life has gotten really busy, and after a lot of thought — and encouragement from many of you — I’ve made an important decision. Starting July 1st, I will be closed every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

I’m already beginning to adjust my schedule, but any existing appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June will still be honored.

I’m incredibly grateful to have such supportive, inspiring clients and friends. Thank you all so much for your continued support — I feel truly blessed!

Since my oldest is a senior and graduates in less than 8 weeks, the boys and I are headed on mini spring break trip. 😊

Please utilize the booking link for all your booking/rescheduling needs. If there are no available appointments for your day or time preference, the waitlist is a great option to try to get in.
