If you don't confirm by 10pm the night before, your session will be cancelled.
& An automatic message sending to you about how to reschedule.
No texts at 10:01pm will undo this, as this is how the software is set up. & I don't reply to business text or anything related outside of business hours.
Also for new clients I will be enforcing my 10% deposit down upon scheduling your first session just to ensure my time on my schedule & to be available for the ones that need in. Hoping this will slow down my no call no shows.
