It’s Tuesday!

This is a tip I like to let my drier skin clients know about. Even if you don’t have dry skin, there’s just something refreshing about spritzing a facial mist and slathering on that moisturizer!

Is there a hydrating mist you like to use? Let me know about it!

High frequency benefits:
* reduce and calm acne breakouts (I’ve seen it first hand!)
* shrink enlarged pores
* reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
* promote lymphatic drainage
* increase product pe*******on
* rejuvenate the condition of the scalp and nourish hair follicles for healthier hair growth
* diminish the appearance of puffy eyes and dark circles

How does it work?
A glass wand emits an electrical current, and when it makes contact with the skin, creates ozone that kills acne bacteria, stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Crave now offers high frequency as an add on for a facial! I would *highly* recommend high frequency if you’ve got mascne or even regular acne! I played with high frequency the other day and a couple days later, my student client’s inflammation had significantly decreased! I was honestly shocked with how quickly we saw results!

Just a few quick ❄️ winter skin care tips ❄️ to share! I *love* hot showers, but I’m at least trying to shorten them and moisturize right as soon as I get out of to keep my skin healthy and hydrated!

And as gross as it may sound, I love “slugging,” when you apply Vaseline, aquaphor, or cerave healing ointment over your regular skincare to seal the ingredients in. If you feel like your skin is dry under your mask, you can apply a tiny amount of one of the mentioned ointments to act as a barrier between your skin and the mask!

Let me know if you know any winter tips I didn’t get here, or what you change in your routine when the weather gets colder!
