Thank you Wichita for 20 years of business! I can't believe it's been that long. I've really enjoyed being a barber and running a business(mostly😁) The connections and relationships with my clients and coworkers is what i love most. I'm grateful to Casey Wattson, Becky Kniffen and Cole Ayres Cranmer most... and my clean up guy, Mike. It helps to have a great crew. The other 15 or so barbers I've had along the way played a part too. I learned something from all of them and hopefully they learned something too. My wife, parents, brother have all helped in one way or another. It's been an adventure. Here's to the next 20 years! 🍻

I need a favor. I've got a potentially new barber for the shop. He's coming for a test run all day Wednesday. I need some haircuts for him to do. If you're close to needing one for you or maybe your kid can you schedule with him. Even if you're one of my regulars I'd appreciate it. His name is Brandon and he's got 18 years experience. He's on Vagaro for Wednesday only.

How do you all feel about Vagaro? They bought out Schedulicity and we were forced into this new appointment platform. There are things we don't love, but going through another onboarding process is an ordeal for us and our clients. Keep it? Move on?

Our friends and neighbors at Burger Central are having a rough morning. Thankfully, it looks like everyone is ok.(that's a car inside the building)

1. We want to welcome Malik! He's been cutting hair for several years. He's talented, great with customer service, and a Chiefs fan (2 out of 3 ain't bad😆) Come give him a chance.

2. Our Scheduling service was bought out and will now become VAGARO. For awhile you can still book through schedulicity, but will be redirected to Vagaro. Soon you'll need to go to Vagaro.com or download the Vagaro app. Your Email and password should still work. Please call us if you have any scheduling issues.

It's gonna be a bittersweet week. Becky Kniffen is moving away. She's been a rock at the barbershop for 16 years. She's not only a great worker, but does so many other things around the shop to help out. As much as I hate to see her leave because she's irreplaceable, I'm also excited for her to find a new happiness. Come by and see her this week before she heads out.
