Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share something a bit more personal. Over the past several weeks, I’ve been navigating the loss of my dad and, honestly, it’s taken a toll — emotionally and physically. I’ve also been catching just about every bug that’s come my way, which hasn’t helped my consistency.

I’m working hard on regaining both my mental and physical stability so I can show up fully for my clients again. I know I’ve been hit or miss lately, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness, and understanding during this season.

Your support means more than you know, and I’m looking forward to getting back into a more steady rhythm soon. Thank you for giving me the space to heal — it’s what allows me to continue helping others do the same. 💚

As many of you are aware, I recently experienced the unexpected loss of my father, and I was present and actively involved in his final moments. This has been a traumatic experience, and I am currently not at my optimal mental state. I appreciate your understanding as I navigate this challenging situation. I am uncertain if the worst is over, but I am doing my absolute best to move forward and regain my footing. Please be patient, I am fighting to regain my former self.

Last Wednesday, September 10th my Dad passed away. He was battling an infection from knee replacement surgery and his body fought as hard as it could.
There will be no service, so all I need to do now is to return to work. I planned to return today, but it was a false start. Tomorrow is the day I plan to return.
