Since earning his license in 1998, Ben has worked behind the chair, refining his craft and gaining a deep understanding of both guest and stylist needs. He set out to create something different: a space that offers luxurious amenities, premium products, and a supportive platform where stylists can thrive and grow. Ben specializes in precision cutting for all lengths and styles, expert grey blending, and styling for any occasion.

A graduate of Wichita State University, Trace played a key role in shaping the vision for a salon that would stand apart in the Wichita community—one built on support, excellence, and a dedication to both guest experience and stylist growth. His focus behind the scenes ensures the salon runs smoothly, allowing creativity and service to shine at the forefront.

✨ Stylist Spotlight: AbBea Kruse has been a part of the B. Young Salon team since day one, joining at its opening in 2014. A Wichita native, she’s also a proud wife and mother who loves traveling and spending time with family and friends. Behind the chair, AbBea specializes in dimensional color, vivid color, and treating her guests to a truly relaxing experience—including her signature scalp massage.

Young Salon’s Oribe Signature Stylist, Amanda brings expert product knowledge and a love for total transformations, men’s grooming, and session styling.

✨Stylist Spotlight: Alicia Marie Seiwert has been part of the B. Young Salon team since 2018. A proud mom to a beautiful daughter and her dog, King, she brings warmth and personality to every appointment. Alicia specializes in blonding—from icy platinum to low-maintenance, dimensional looks. Whether guests prefer a quiet, relaxing visit or lively conversation, she ensures everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
