Bio: With a background in Human Resources, Lauren wanted to expand her knowledge and closeness to people. Utilizing her certification in Oriental Bodywork from the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine (KCCM), she has mastered the ancient form of integrating mind, body and spirit to create a harmony that can only be achieved through her trademark approach to therapeutic bodywork. Lauren takes her decade of experience and knowledge to people all around - touching and transforming lives daily. Lauren is also a graduate of The Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies and has completed a 200-Hour Teacher Training program with YogaWorks; deepening her practice and understanding of body alignment and balance.
