The Pushy Goat
A space where you can experience holistic services that are intentional & purposeful.
We are a small collective of professional practitioners constantly expanding our knowledge & skillset, able to explore avenues that we each feel best suit our individual & collective growth. We focus on holistic wellness because we believe that by looking at our purpose & existence as a whole, we can live our happiest lives while holding space for others on their wellness journey.
It’s been a minute.
Life’s been full, hands have been busy, bodies have been healing.
Meanwhile… this guy has been doing his thing—stretching, softening, moving with whatever comes.
A reminder that growth doesn’t always need to be loud or posted in real time.
Sometimes it just… happens.
I’m still here. 🌿

People don’t always realize how much their body has been holding until it’s given the space to let go.
This is something I hear often after sessions.
Not because anything is “wrong,”
but because most of us are carrying more than we think.
That same care and intention is something we prioritize across the space.
Space has opened up on my schedule in April and May. Try something new with an Integrative Thai Massage or TMJ work or schedule a 90-Minute Integrative Massage and ask to experience barefoot massage. Trisha has upcoming appointments available in April as well. We are both always happy to add to our cancellation list and work new clients into the rotation. Carly is starting to fill up her days, but is still working on building her clientele and has availability this week!
If your body has been asking for support lately,
this is your invitation to listen.

Lately a lot of people have been carrying more than usual.
Between seasonal changes, the pace of the world, and everyday life, many nervous systems are running a little closer to the edge.
Our bodies often hold that long before we consciously notice it.
⸻
Bodywork can be one of the ways we give the nervous system a chance to soften again.
Time to breathe.
Space to release tension.
A reminder that the body doesn’t have to hold everything alone.
⸻
Right now there are open appointments with Trisha and Carly.
Trisha offers steady, grounding work that many of our long-time clients appreciate.
Carly is newer to the Wichita area but not new to bodywork, and is currently welcoming clients as she builds her practice. ⸻
I’m still here. Spending time with my regular clients, but open to moving new people into the rotation. Add yourself to my waitlist.
And for those who have worked with me before, you know I tend to focus on some of the more integrative modalities — Thai stretching, barefoot Sarga work, and TMJ-focused bodywork — when the body needs deeper unwinding.
⸻
If your body has been asking for support lately, this might be a good time to listen.

I’ve been deep in learning a new barefoot technique, and I’m feeling really good in my body as I integrate it.
I’m still in the certification process, which means I’m practicing slowly, intentionally, and with a lot of care. If you’re currently on my schedule with a 90-minute session, I may ask if you’re open to experiencing a portion of this work during your session.
One client described it as an “intense foam rolling experience” — grounded, specific, and surprisingly effective.
As always:
• consent comes first
• nothing is mandatory
• your feedback helps shape how this work evolves
Learning something new reminds me how much the body responds to novelty when it’s introduced with care. If you’re curious, we can talk about it when you’re on the table. If not, your session stays exactly as planned.

There’s a lot happening in the world right now, and many of us are carrying more than we realize.
In moments like this, tending to the body can be a quiet way of staying connected — to breath, to presence, to being human.
This space continues to be rooted in care, consent, and nervous-system support.
Trisha is here offering her steady, grounding work.
Carly is newer to the area but not new to bodywork, and is currently welcoming clients as she builds her practice.
I’m here as well, offering the work I’m known for — slow, intentional sessions, barefoot modalities, and approaches that meet the body where it actually is.
No pressure. No fixing. Just support when you need it.
I’m home from South Carolina and still integrating everything this training stirred up — in my body and in my heart.
I just completed my Sarga Thai training, a barefoot bodywork practice rooted in deep listening, balance, and connection. It’s slow, intentional, and incredibly effective — using body weight, breath, and movement to create space and relief in a way that feels both grounding and expansive.
There are a few evaluations left before my certification is officially complete, but I’m already excited about how this work will weave into my practice.
If you’re coming in soon and feel curious about what barefoot bodywork feels like — or want a small taste during your session — you’re welcome to reach out and ask. This work meets people exactly where they are.
Also… training like this reminds me how essential safe, consensual touch and support really are. Which feels especially fitting today. 🤍

One of the things I’m most proud of is the space we’ve built here — not just the rooms, but the people in them.
I get to share this practice with two incredible massage therapists who each bring their own magic to the table. Different styles, different strengths, same level of care and integrity.
✨ Me — still here, still learning, still loving this work, and endlessly grateful to hold space alongside women who raise the bar and support one another.
✨ Trisha — who’s been sharing this space with me for years. If you’ve ever been here, you’ve probably seen her stretching between sessions. A walking reminder that bodies are meant to move, reset, and be tended to.
✨ Carly — the newest addition, recently relocated from Hays and officially settling in. Thoughtful, grounded, and ready to start seeing clients. We’re so lucky to have her energy in the mix.
Good bodywork doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in community. 💛

It’s a strange and beautiful thing to look at my books and realize I’m already thinking about April — but here we are, slowly turning toward the light again.
Very soon I’ll begin opening appointments for spring, and this upcoming season feels extra special. I’ll be completing coursework in a new modality this quarter, and spring feels like the perfect time to begin weaving it into my work — gently, intentionally, like new growth.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to get on my table — for jaw work, stress relief, nervous system support, or simply to feel like yourself again — consider this your gentle heads-up to start planning ahead.
More details coming soon… and I can’t wait to share what’s next. 💛
