Do I like social media? Yes. Do I think it’s beneficial? Yes. Do I wish I could do the trending reels? Yes. Am I good at that kind of thing? NO! And that’s perfectly fine. I wish I could be the girly that records everything but let’s be real: my house is usually cluttered because ADHD, I am a crazy cat lady, and right now day to day life is pretty boring.

On the other hand, for me, going viral or being an influencer isn’t my goal. My goal is to deliver transformative results in the treatment room; to gain trust through my expertise.

Maybe I haven’t found with clicks for me yet, but truthfully I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about content creation. My creative brain is fully occupied at all times planning and planning the future of my new med spa.

Am I too millennial?! 😂
