Happy Father's day!!

As we move through the month of June, I wanted to shed some light on a topic that is very dear to my heart.
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and as someone who spends every day helping men look and feel their best, I know that a haircut is often about much more than just hair. For many guys, the barbershop is a safe place to talk, vent, laugh, and sometimes unload the weight they're carrying.
With that in mind, I'll be adding another tool to my belt. I will be taking a Trauma Healing Coach certification course so I can continue finding ways to help my guys not only look good, but truly feel better.
No man should have to carry his struggles alone. If I can help even one person feel seen, heard, and supported, then it's worth every minute.
Remember, strength isn't about suffering in silence. It's about having the courage to reach out when you need it.

Hey friends! As we head into a big sports season for my nieces, I’ll be cutting back on some evening hours so I can cheer them on. 🥎⚽️
Because of this, my availability will be limited on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
Saturday mornings will also be limited as games start, but I’ll be opening up Saturday afternoons until the season ends.
