If you know me at all, you'll already know how much I love running outside 🍂vs. the mundane repetition of a treadmill👎. However I almost talked myself out of doing it this morning because of the rain moving in soon. *Almost* Instead, I got dressed, turned up the volume a bit on my ear buds and went for it! I started out in the misty cool air still a little sluggish... and finished the last 2 miles in a full downpour 🌧feeling like the weight of the world just washed completely off my shoulders. It was the best run I've had since *last year!*

What's holding you back today? What storm is looming ahead? I encourage you to get up, get dressed, and do the hard things - like running head on into your storm - then give it over to God and let Him run it the rest of the way. P.s. He was with you the whole time. 💟
