Soft brunette dimension for Cindy ❤️
Dimension on dark hair is one of my favorites every time. It’s all about the right mix of subtle soft tones on your natural color, without overdoing it

This was her first time coloring her hair in years. After a past experience of orange hair, I felt so honeyed she trusted me with hers. I couldn’t love the outcome more!

Forever the most stunning blonde on Timmon ❤️

I love it when someone knows what they want, and she wants to be BLONDE. It’s important to me that I am transparent with clients that looks like this do take a long time, especially if you have a lot of hair. But the end result is so worth it!

So did this take 4 hours? Yes

Was it worth it? Also yes

Getting to do a class for the girls was such a great experience! I am obsessed with this lived in blonde for Kailey, it is the perfect color for her ❤️

Here’s the process: she had old color on her hair, so I did one round of color remover to expose existing highlights and remove excess color for a clean lift.

Then we did a full head of babylights, with placement focusing on brightness around the face and maintaining soft depth throughout. I used a Demi permanent lowlight on any teased areas at the root and dragged it down over the remaining warm areas.

We finished with a root melt and tone, and the end result couldn’t be more perfect!

Blended Bronde perfection for Amy ❤️ I love how much of her natural color is incorporated into this color, while she still gets to enjoy a dimensional pop.

This was our second time taking her a little closer to her natural, and she’s going to be able to go 5 months until needing anything done!

Changing your color with the seasons is a favorite of mine, and this color on Mandee is just perfect! When done correctly, it’s not going to damage your hair or make it difficult to go light again!

For this color she wanted to feel a fun change, but we also know she will want to be light again in the spring. So I went in with Demi-permanent color and did a full head of lowlights, ensuring I was keeping dimension around the face and ends. Then we finished with a rich brunette tone to tone down the existing brightness. The color will softly fade over the next 3-4 months, leaving us the perfect soft canvas in the spring!

A stunning soft pop for my beautiful sister Olivia ❤️ her color was totally natural coming into this one, so this was a fun change that still keeps plenty of the lovely natural color

The perfect color update for Madison. You don’t need a huge overhaul every time to keep your color looking amazing.

We did soft highlights with a few brighter ends and it made her color looking amazing totally brand new. She will be able to go another 4-6 months with a stunning growout

What should I be using on my hair?

Hair product can be super confusing for all of us! There’s so many product lines, types of products, and an insane range of price points, so how do you even know where to start?

I always like to start with the fact that there are so many great product lines out there, and many of them I haven’t ever used because it’s simply not possible. And whether you spent $5 or $50 the product can still be good. You have to go based off how it makes your hair feel! If your hair and scalp doesn’t feel great then it’s not working, if everything does feel good then it is working!

When starting I will always recommend hydration. Everyone’s hair needs to be hydrated, so start with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Then add in one leave in product that is also hydrating. This helps with overall hair softness and frizz.

As many of you know I absolutely love Davines and Mane Ivy. I have used both consistently for years and they are well loved by many of my clients. If I was recommending a hydrating routine for any hair type it would be this:

Davines Momo Shampoo
Davines MOMO Conditioner
Leave In:
Mane Ivy Hair Elixir Serum for hydration and heat protectant
or
Davines OI All in One Milk for hydration and heat protectant

Once again this is just the start, and there are so many other great products to go over in future posts! You can always reach out an ask with any product questions
