Good morning gentle clients. I hate to start the day off with bad news, but here we are.

I’m suffering a price increase. I haven’t updated any prices since June of last year, and in that time inflation has increased by 4.2%. I have absorbed that cost, as essentially a pay cut to myself. Unfortunately, and logically, I can no longer do that.

I did not do an across the board price increase. I simply raised the prices of a few services that I believe were already under priced for the current market. This includes, hot iron styles, beard trims, conditioning services and lightening services. I only increased prices by $3-5 where needed.

A couple prices went down, or the service is now included with the purchase of another service.

Most of you will not notice or experience these price increases. But for those of you that will, I am truly sorry. Unfortunately for my business to be sustainable, I have to at least somewhat keep up with inflation. It isn’t reasonable for me to continue to charge low prices and yet still pay the high prices for my products and for well, my own living.
I know that most of you will understand and continue to support my business. I am eternally grateful for your loyalty and grace.

Please also note that I recently reinvested in myself and the business by purchasing some new capes and shears! These are not inexpensive items and it will take me a long time to actually make those purchases “worth it” but that’s not the point. The point is that new, high quality supplies yield better results, and you beautiful clients, deserve the best.
