🍂🍁 FALL IS OFFICIALLY HERE… SO LET’S TALK SEA MOSS!🍁🍂

The weather is changing, school is back in full swing, and we all know what comes with that… GERMS EVERYWHERE! 😩😂

One thing about me — I STAND BEHIND MY SEA MOSS!💯

Sea moss works best when you’re CONSISTENT with it. It’s not something I take once in a while and expect magic from. I’ve made it part of my regular routine, and it’s honestly one of the best things I could’ve done for myself.

I personally have not been sick since I started consistently taking my sea moss gel, and anybody who is around me regularly KNOWS this! 🙌🏾 That’s my personal experience, and it’s a big reason I stay so consistent with it.

I’ve even started giving it to my son, and now that he’s in school, I’m making sure he stays consistent with his too! 👩🏾‍👦🏾💚 I want his body getting good nutrition year-round, especially during the school year.

🌿 Why add sea moss gel to your routine?

Sea moss naturally contains minerals and nutrients, including iodine, and can be an easy way to add a nutrient-rich sea vegetable to your diet. Consistency is important because healthy habits work best when they’re actually part of your ROUTINE — not just something you reach for when you’re already feeling bad.

And babyyy… mine actually tastes GOOD! 😂👏🏾

Every jar is made with:

🌊 Naturally crafted sea moss
💧 Purified/alkaline water
🍋‍🟩 Lime
🍓 Your choice of fruit flavor
🌿 Your choice of spiker
🍯 Agave or dates for sweetness
🥄 Blended smooth & creamy!

Want a flavor you don’t see me post? ASK ME! I can make just about any fruit flavor you want. 😋

🌊📚 MOSS MINUTES – LESSON #6📚🌊

🚨 Have you ever stopped to wonder... where sea moss actually comes from? It’s quite fascinating!

Most people know what sea moss is…

But very few know how it grows.👀

🌊 Sea moss is a type of red algae (seaweed) that naturally grows attached to rocks along ocean coastlines. As the tides move in and out, the sea moss is constantly washed by fresh ocean water, exposed to sunlight, and nourished by its natural marine environment.

That's one of the reasons wildcrafted sea moss is so highly sought after—it grows the way nature intended.

💡 Here's something many people don't know...

Sea moss doesn't "grow in a jar" or magically become gel.

It starts as raw seaweed that is:
✔️ Carefully harvested
✔️ Thoroughly cleaned
✔️ Soaked to rehydrate
✔️ Blended with water into the smooth gel you know and love

🌿 So why do so many people include sea moss in their wellness routine?

Sea moss naturally contains a variety of minerals and nutrients, including iodine, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Many people enjoy it as part of a balanced lifestyle because it can be an easy way to add nutrient-rich sea vegetables to their diet.

But remember—sea moss isn't a replacement for eating a balanced diet or following your healthcare provider's advice. Think of it as one piece of your overall wellness routine.

🌊 At Naas Sea Moss Sauce I proudly use naturally wildcrafted sea moss from the waters of Jamaica and St. Lucia**.

Every batch is:
✨ Made fresh
✨ Blended with dates for a smooth, creamy texture
✨ Sweetened with agave for a delicious taste
✨ Available in Gold 💛, Green 💚, and Purple 💜

💭 **Question of the Day:**

Before today...

Did you know sea moss was actually a sea vegetable that grows attached to rocks in the ocean?

👇 Comment "I knew!"** or “I learned something new today!"

Knowledge is power—and the more you know, the better choices you can make for your wellness journey. 🌊💚

🌊😂 MOSS MINUTES REAL TALK😂🌊

I think I may have ruffled a few sea moss feathers with my last few post…

…and honestly…

sorry not sorry.🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Listen y’all, I’m not here to start sea moss drama or a battle of Sea Moss Wars. I’m here to make sure people are asking the RIGHT questions before they put something in their body.

If you’re buying sea moss gel, ASK QUESTIONS!

👀 Where is it from?
👀 Is it wildcrafted?
👀 Can I see the sea moss before it’s blended into gel?
👀 How is it prepared?

And if someone has a problem with you asking questions…

🚩👀 That might be your sign to ask even MORE questions. 😂

Quality and transparency matter!

I’m not just making a jar of sea moss… I’m creating something that I feel good about giving to my own family.

🌊 My sea moss is naturally wildcrafted Jamaican & St. Lucian sea moss, carefully prepared and made with intention.

✨ Smooth texture
✨ Amazing flavor
✨ Blended with dates for that creamy goodness
✨ Sweetened with agave for a delicious taste

And yes… it actually tastes GOOD. 😋 I would say the best around! Even my original flavored gel taste good 😏!

But keep asking questions, y’all!

The right seller will never be bothered by someone wanting to know exactly what they’re buying. I’m here for all the questions!

💜💚💛

Happy Moss Minute Day!!

🌊💚 MOSS MINUTES – LESSON #5💚🌊

🚨 CAN YOU TAKE TOO MUCH SEA MOSS?🚨

Okay y’all… I had a customer ask me:

“If I ate the whole jar of sea moss… would I die?”😭😂

First of all… I LOVE that my sea moss tastes that good, but let’s talk about it!

The answer is: please don’t eat the whole jar at once.🤣

Even with natural, quality ingredients, more is not always better.

Sea moss contains naturally occurring nutrients and minerals, including iodine. Your body needs balance, so it’s important to enjoy sea moss responsibly and make it part of your routine—not something to overdo.

💡 Things to remember:

🌿 Start with a small amount if you’re new to sea moss.
🌿 Follow serving recommendations.
🌿 Listen to your body.
🌿 Everyone’s body is different.
🌿 If you have health concerns, take medications, or have questions about adding sea moss to your routine, speak with your healthcare provider.

And listen… I get it! 😋

My sea moss is made to taste GOOD because I wanted something people would actually enjoy taking.

🌊 Naturally wildcrafted Jamaican & St. Lucian sea moss
🌴 Blended with dates for a smooth, creamy texture
🍯 Sweetened with agave for a delicious natural sweetness

Sea moss is a wellness addition—not a challenge. 😂 Enjoy it, respect it, and make it part of a balanced lifestyle.

🌊📚 MOSS MINUTES – LESSON #4📚🌊

🚨 STOP! Before you buy another jar of sea moss, read this...

One of the biggest misconceptions about sea moss is that all sea moss is the same.

It's not.

When shopping for sea moss, don't just ask:
❌ "How much is it?"

Ask these questions instead:

✅ Where was it harvested?
✅ Is it wildcrafted or pool-grown?
✅ Has it been tested for quality and contamination?
✅ What's added to the gel?
✅ How long does it stay fresh?
✅ Can I see the raw sea moss before it's blended?

A trustworthy seller should be happy to answer every one of these questions.

🌊 What makes my sea moss different?

✔️ Naturally wildcrafted from the ocean waters of Jamaica and St. Lucia
✔️ Quality tested before it's prepared
✔️ Carefully cleaned and made fresh
✔️ Blended with dates for a smooth, creamy texture
✔️ Sweetened with organic agave for a delicious taste
✔️ Available in Gold 💛, Green 💚, and Purple 💜
✔️ Made to order so you receive a fresh product

💡 Did you know?

Sea moss isn't meant to replace healthy eating or medications. Think of it as a wellness food that can be part of a balanced lifestyle. The biggest benefits come from using a quality product consistently, along with eating well, staying hydrated, exercising, and getting enough rest.

⚠️ One last tip...

If someone can't tell you where their sea moss comes from, how it's prepared, or what's in their gel...😒👀🏃‍♀️

Keep asking questions. Educating yourself about the items that go in your temple is sooo important!!

Your body deserves transparency, quality, and ingredients you can trust.
