I use Goldwell hair color in my salon. Is nowhere near the most cost-effective color. In fact, it is the most expensive hair color. That is the reason why you don't see it in a lot of salons.
This is one page from the material safety data sheets. As you can see, none of the ingredients within Goldwell color is carcinogenic.
Goldwell is a German color line.
