MOOD AND FOOD????
If you are feeling a little out of sorts please take a look at what you are putting in your mouth.....
A good healthy balanced diet is mandatory for mental and physical well being. Blood sugar fluctuations will effect our mood just as lousy carbs may effect our energy. We forget our brain is 60% fat and it thrives on healthy fat!!!
P.S -Don't forget fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.....

Let's talk Probiotics....
I have been receiving lots of questions from my members so I decided to call on our corporate doctor for answers.
Firstly, what symptoms do you want to address?
The problems can range from constipation, diarrhea, immune health to vaginal/urinary support. Do the research to see what strain will address your particular issues. The doctor does recommend 1 to 10 billion for general well being.
Also, read the directions on how to take the probiotic
