Hi friends!

I just want to clarify something for anyone new (or who may not realize):

Acacia Hair Studio is a private solo suite, which means I am the only stylist here. There isn’t a front desk, assistant, or second stylist I can move you to if I’m full or if something changes last minute.

When you book with me, you’re booking with one person running the entire business — scheduling, ordering, cleaning, content, and of course, doing your hair.

Because of that, appointments are incredibly important to my income and my family. When there’s a last-minute cancellation or no-show, I don’t have another stylist to fill it and I don’t receive hourly pay — that time is simply lost.

That’s why I require deposits and have a cancellation policy in place. It’s not to be harsh — it’s to protect my small business and the time I reserve specifically for you.

I truly appreciate the clients who respect my time, communicate early, and continue to support my dream. It means more than you know 🤍
