Crescent Moon Wellness Center

Say hello to fall🍂The seasons are changing and this is thw time of year where we find equal light and to darkness. This may signify balance, transition and going inward. Perhaps you may feel called to spend some time journaling about what you’d like to “harvest” and carry with you into the cooler winter months. Or maybe you’d like to find quiet and calm moments to ease your mind, body and spirit.

Whatever you choose, we are here to support and honor your process. Happy Equinox. 🍁

The summer solstice is the time of the year when we have the most liked. This is a time to bask in all of the abundance💫

A practice to honor the solstice may be to journal what you would like to continue to nourish within. And, noting if there’s anything worth letting go. 🪷
