December has been QUITE busy for us 💕

I am truly blessed with these two crazy children of mine 💕

My sweet girl had her kindergarten orientation today. She said, "Mom, I'm a little bit nervous." She had an amazing time and already met some new friends!
My momma heart is not okay..but I know she will do great things. I am so proud of you little girl and you will do such amazing things! 💕

A workout!

AND great breakfast with my reasons for getting up everyday, Coral and Reef! 💕
Find the good, even when it is hard!
I PROMISE it is SO much harder to feel the BAD ALL THE TIME instead of FINDING THE GOOD!

The early bird gets the worm.....well this bird got her day started right! Taking control of my health 1 step at a time! 💕

We went strawberry picking the other day and got 8.5 lbs of strawberries! Idk how many were eaten on the way 🤣 i love that I can share this with the kids. I LOVED it when I was little. It was daddys first time strawberry picking too! New summertime tradition!💕🍓

It has been such an exhausting few days. Im exhausted from work, headaches, random vertigo.
2 sick toddlers, messy house, the whole situation made my anxiety go so high.

I took control of what I could. After the Epley maneuver for the vertigo, getting the kids snacks and cartoons, I worked out. It's amazing how much it can help! 💕 still have to tackle everything else, but getting some anxiety under control and feeling like I have some control over the situation makes me know I can do it!

Me, 2 toddlers, and 2 dogs. The trip has started! 💕

Today i made time for me! It wasn't easy. I got the crazies breakfast and let them have some tablet time while I worked out. They watched and even jumped in some!

Setting good examples for them young. Teach them to take care of their bodies.
