What’s a wet balayage?

Those brassy mids to ends that toner can’t seem to brighten, the hard water build up, product build up — a wet balayage is gentle on the hair but strong enough to bump your hair 1/2 to 1 level brighter along with removing all that build up.

So does anybody remember when the plans surfaced here on Facebook about Mount Orab getting a new strip mall in front of Kroger? Has anybody noticed that they’ve started working on that area this past week and it looks like they’re leveling everything out?

Looks like we’re going to be getting a lot more stores and I’ve heard chipotle has already confirmed they’ll be taking over one of those units.
