Sometimes the best color correction is knowing when NOT to bleach. 🤎

After 3 years of black color, followed by an at-home attempt with bleach and brown box dye just 2–3 weeks ago, my client came to me four days before returning home to Moldova with multiple levels of black, red, copper and orange throughout her hair.

Our priority today wasn’t chasing a lighter result, it was hair integrity, neutralization and creating a more even, wearable brunette.

Rather than putting her hair through another aggressive lightening service, we worked with the canvas we had, neutralized as much unwanted warmth as safely as possible and blended everything into a rich brunette.

Color corrections aren’t always about going lighter. Sometimes they’re about making the safest decision for the hair in front of you, and knowing when enough is enough. 🤎
